I love Pickler overall and highly recommend a membership to any pickleball player. The facilities, programs, and playing opportunities are excellent. However, I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences with the front desk staff at the Scottsdale location. Because of those experiences, I generally avoid that location unless my friends are playing there or there are no available spots in Tempe. I hope management addresses these issues, as I’d like to have the same positive experience at Scottsdale that I’ve had at other Pickler locations. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope of seeing improvements in customer service in the near future.

This is just the facility review. The Picklr Scottsdale started out as a new PB club, everything was new and shiny. The first wet winter club members found out that the club roof had a leaking issue, which is still a problem to this day. The club has literally turned into a dump in less than a few years of use. The court floors are filthy with dirt, trash and dust, same with the ceiling structure and havoc system. My PB shoes come away with more dirt on them when I am done playing, than when I start playing my games. (This also makes you wonder if you are getting a true bounce out of the balls you are playing with in your games.) This is lack of management review. Picklr has a list of rules that the corp. has written for members and guest players to follow. Nobody does, because club management lacks the personnel to enforce and maintain the rules that are supposed to be followed. A "3 strikes rule" was their method of enforcement to kick the rule breakers out. That rarely EVER happened, especially if they were/are tight with management, usually friends & buddies who were upper-level players, then it would be overlooked aka management would look the other way. This would cause ch

I came to town to visit and was automatically met with a kind and amazing staff member (Jackie). She was not only training a new staff but helped me out so effortlessly without showing she was busy or didn’t have time for me. I played in open play and felt comfortable, while being a newbie. Afterwards Jackie informed me about other programs I could do while I’m here. It was an amazing experience and hopefully can come back while on another work trip!!

Had a wonderful tour from Robbie! Venue is clean and open! Atmosphere is fun and a ton of great space to decompress in between! Plus, anything you may have forgot is available when you walk in!! Looking forward to our upcoming event. πŸ’›

I was an invited guest today at The Picklr. Fantastic place. Great pro shop with demo paddles, grab and go drinks/snacks, friendly staff, beautiful courts (all filled), black walls with helps seeing the ball, seated areas where you can watch play, and incredibly clean! The location is super - right off th 101 and Indian Bend. I hear it's so popular that you need to reserve a week in advance. Will definitely be going back!
